Exhibitor Invitation

The Office of Faith Formation in the Archdiocese of San Francisco is having their annual conference on November 4th at St. Matthew Parish. One Notre Dame Ave., San Mateo 94402. This is a gathering of over 500 catechists, parish leaders, and volunteers from throughout the archdiocese. Our time is from 8:00 AM until 3:00 (The Conference time is 8:00am – 4:00pm). Set up can happen on Saturday morning or Friday evening (Friday evening 4:00 – 6:00 PM or Saturday morning 7:00 – 8:00 AM) We want to invite your organization to join us as an exhibitor.

Our theme is Talitha Koum from Mark’s Gospel of Jesus raising the little girl to life. We arise this year celebrating with the Eucharistic Revival and returning to our parish communities from COVID. A time to be renewed in the Eucharistic and connect in faith.

This is a wonderful opportunity to sell materials and network with parish leaders.

The fee per table is $200. And extra tables can be ordered to suit your needs for the event.

Each reservation includes your company name, 25-word description of your company and logo (if provided) on the website and in the program booklet (must be received by October 10, 2023)

Tabletop tent sign

One chair per table reserved.

One lunch per table
(extra lunches can be order for a fee)
